If you want a really hot activity, then going to the Maribios Volcanic chain might interest you. Five active volcanoes comprise this chain and all of them are climbable. You can find lakes formed on craters, hot springs and the most fun is to do some volcanic surfing. Nothing extreme like walking on lava here.
